Pieces of the Wild

PLACITAS — Just east of Interstate 25 on N.M. 165, six mosaic panels of a mural adorn the south-facing wall of the Placitas Recycling Center.
Five of the six panels show wildlife in different New Mexico habitats. A sixth and smaller panel states “Protect Our Wildlife Corridors.”
